Butte College Opens with Hundreds of In-Person Classes This Fall

Butte College added over 450 sections to their regular class schedule for fall 2021 which meant that over 5,700 seats were available for students with on-ground classes. Classes included science, general education, arts and career and technical education classes. Students who were waitlisted in classes had first priority when filling these open seats.

Unsure how to pay for college? We’ve got you covered! Check out our expanded financial resources to help students cover their educational expenses. Butte College is offering $1,000 student grants to those enrolled in 6 units or more this fall. The Promise Scholarship is also available to first-time, full time students, which offers four semesters with no tuition or fees.

The main campus and Chico Center locations are open and ready to assist students in applying for classes. The main campus is open Monday through Thursday, from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. and the Chico Center, 2320 Forest Avenue is open Monday through Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
